1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tafura platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Tafura provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including POS, order management, KDS, QR ordering, inventory, and analytics. The service is provided as is.

3. Account Registration

You must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Fees are billed monthly or annually in ZAR. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Fees are non-refundable unless stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, or resell without authorization.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
